Do not Lie down after Dinner

It is not terrible but it is healthier to wait some time between eating dinner and lying down. The food has to go down the intestine to be digested. this is prevented when you lie down as the food stays in the stomach causing bloating and swelling. It is best to eat early and go for a walk
