Virtues of exercise

  5. Exercise keeps the brain sharp its effect on cognition is to bring more oxygen to the brain. It helps protect against cognitive impairment.
  6. It is an important element in cancer prevention and cancer control.
  7. People who exercise feel better mentally. Some people get a high when exercising; for others exercise has a calming effect.

 

Many exercises are available ; however for longevity tennis is the best while for

,  fat loss interval training is the best. There is an additional fat loss in interval

training after exercise.
