We also have new mesh threads (several threads put together to create a mesh) specially designed for the marionette lines. Finally the same company has some special threads to lift and thin the nose. The threads are specially deigned to produce minimal pain. To create a painless experience, we put numbing cream, we inject anesthetic and we use the Zimmer cold which freezes the areas injected. there is no downtown with the procedures.
