Even though we try to do the best for everybody, each patient is different and one time procedure is not sufficient. I always try to do less the first time to see how each person is affected by the procedures. I tell my patients they get an “appetizer” of the different procedures at their first visit. Also I get to know how each person will react to the esthetic products that we use then.
Neuromodulators used are Botox and Dysport. Their longevity is on an average 3 to 4 months, sometimes up to 9 months. Sometimes even though we request a higher dosage, the patient will only be able to use only a certain amount of the product. This lower amount of neuromodulator will be less lasting. The more one uses the product, the less amount is needed later on.
Fillers are also used less the first time. Once we know the patient we will be able to know exactly how much each patient’s needs. We may need several visits to accomplish all our goals. It is better to do a little bit each time. I will try to correct those problems that bother you the most first.
Bellafill is suppsed to last 5 to 10 years but may need a booster in 2 months and at 4 months. At that time less of the filler is used. It is best for acne or other scars
Restylane, Restylane silk and Restylane lyft may last 6 months to one year.
Juvaderm, Juvaderm Ultra last the same amount as the Restylane family
Radiessemay last 1 to 2 years but may need a little booster in between. Great lifter
Revanesse the new filler may last 18 months but needs sometimes a booster before.
Sculptra is awatery filler that takes a couple of months to see the results as it stimulates your own collagen growth.
PDO threads are introduced in the face through a needle. The needle is removed and the threads stay in the face and body for 6 months to one year. After the threads are dissolved one’s own collagen will fill in. These threads work the best for lifting neck and jowls. They can be used for breast, butt, abdomen, thighs and arm lifting.
You can use as many as you want. Also they can be mixed with the neuromodulatos and fillers for an amazing result. The barb threads have a more lifting potential while the smooth threads need a month or 2 to see results. Twist threads produce collagen. So be patient to see results.
Kybella dissolves mental fat permanently but also may need more treatments than one. You can do 1-6 treatments every month depending on the neck thickness.
Lipo-dissolve or mesotherapy can also dissolve fat in other parts of the body very economically. Again be patient with results as you start seeing results in one month.
Also we have VIzi Liftwhich produces lipo-cavitation (a fat destroyer) and tightens the skin that lost the fat. Several treatments are needed for optimal result.
We also inject Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)in the face, hair and body to restore skin and hair. Results also take time to show.
We also perform peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling with different products and Cryo-Clear which removes tags and pigmented lesions in 2 weeks.
